Photo Final

Around the time I began to work on this project I went away to a tattoo convention in the Bahamas thus i was inspired to use tattoos as my theme for my final project. I walked around the convention and took photos of anyone getting tattooed that I could get a clear shot of. I also took a few shots off equipment and tattoo artists hanging out with customers but I didn't feel any of them were strong enough to keep, looking bak they might have helped my project. I followed up the convention by also taking photos at my godfather Tony Ciavarro's shop, The Stinky Monkey. From those photos came this collection of fifteen of the best photographs depicting the tattoo experience through more than ten different people.
